We aim to provide prompt service but cannot guarantee exact arrival times in all cases.

  1. Bookings & Payments
  • Quotes are given based on the information you provide. Additional charges may apply if details are inaccurate.
  • Payments must be made via accepted methods (cash, card, or bank transfer) upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Invoices for business clients are due within agreed terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abuse, risk, or non-payment.

  1. Liability

We take every reasonable step to ensure your vehicle is transported safely. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
  • Damage resulting from poor road conditions or hidden faults
  • Items left inside vehicles

Our liability is limited to the level of our insurance cover, available on request.

  1. Cancellations

If you cancel a booking:

  • More than 30 mins before dispatch: no charge
  • Within 30 mins of dispatch or upon arrival: a call-out fee may apply

We may cancel or reschedule bookings due to emergency priorities, road closures or adverse weather.
